    I find pilates works better for back issues since it is targeted to strengthen your core. I’ve started doing pilates and it has helped me greatly with my back issues. You should contact your dr. before starting either or, though. Best of luck to you.

    Yoga is more than good for back pain relief! Combined with some meditation and you’ll be like a new person in few days. Stress can be the main reason so try de-stressing yourself with Yoga and meditating.

    It helped me for sure, i had your problem too.
